We offer a long-term, organised system for understanding your inner landscape, building coping strategies, and creating change that lasts. Each step is transparent, so you always know what to expect and why it matters.

Zohra Master

Co-Founder, Therapist, and Certified Supervisor (AEI, New York)

Zohra has spent years learning what it truly means to guide someone through their inner world. She believes therapy should be both intellectually clarifying and emotionally grounding. A space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore the parts of themselves they usually keep tucked away.

An internationally certified REBT supervisor and an EFT expert, Zohra brings together structure and emotional depth in her sessions. Her work is about noticing unhelpful beliefs, understanding emotional patterns, and helping clients respond to life in ways that feel authentic. Lightness and humour weave through her approach; she believes that meaningful change can be profound yet gentle, serious yet playful; much like a silk saree that flows and holds strength in every thread.

Zohra has presented internationally, including at the 54th Annual Congress of the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT) in Belgrade, where her workshop explored integrating REBT with emotional depth in collectivistic cultures. She continues to expand this work globally, helping therapists adapt cognitive frameworks to be culturally and emotionally resonant.

Known for pacing sessions carefully and meeting clients exactly where they are, Zohra facilitates transformation in a way that is both felt and lasting.

REBT, EFT and CBT therapy for individuals and couples; with a strong focus on modern relationship dynamics and attachment patterns. Anxiety and stress disorders, adult ADHD, trauma healing. Gender-responsive mental health. Clinical supervision and therapist training.

Yogita Madan

Co-founder, Therapist, and Supervisor

Yogita's work in mental health is rooted in a deep respect for the complexity of life. She believes that life is often random, messy, and largely beyond our control—but that when we learn to pause, reflect, and respond with awareness, we arrive at choices we can stand by. For her, therapy is about strengthening emotional awareness so people can live more conscious, intentional lives, even amidst uncertainty.

Over nearly a decade of practice, Yogita’s approach has evolved from structured, model-led work to something slower, more nuanced, and deeply client-centred. Early in her journey, structure offered steadiness; over time, trust in the therapeutic process allowed her to ease into a pace that honours the client’s readiness rather than the pressure to “fix.”

Yogita brings a methodical yet deeply empathetic lens to her work. She is attentive to subtle shifts that are often overlooked, consistently acknowledging growth as it happens. A central focus of her practice is helping clients rebuild lost trust in themselves—trust that is often eroded by repeated disappointments, difficult life circumstances, or prolonged emotional distress. By restoring this trust, clients are better able to make decisions, take meaningful risks, and stay engaged with life in the present.

She holds a strong commitment to systemic perspectives, including a nuanced understanding of men’s mental health and its broader impact within families and society. Therapy, for her, is that place where experiences are spoken, held, and made sense of—without judgment.

Couples and relational therapy, depression, anxiety, personality-related concerns, bipolar disorder, workplace stress and burnout, systemic and men’s mental health.

Anushree Aurangabadkar

Therapist and Certified Supervisor (PGD, TISS)

Anushree's inquisitiveness for the mind and human experience naturally led her to therapy. She brings a bright, energetic perspective, blending curiosity with a hopeful, exploratory spirit. Her work is centered on seeing therapy as a holding space, beyond quick fixes.

She believes that the foundation to improving one’s mental health lies in learning to work with one’s emotions rather than against them. Sessions with Anushree are reflective yet lively, combining thoughtful insight with an encouraging, optimistic presence.

Outside the therapy room, Anushree approaches life with the same openness she brings to her sessions. She finds meaning in small discoveries, everyday reflections, and the simple joys that shape how we understand ourselves and others. It is this faith in the human capacity for change, through steady and intentional shifts, that continues to guide her work as a therapist.
